For its part, hair also ages, becomes thinner and less shiny, and consequently ends up falling out, so once a week it would be advisable to use a repairing mask that restores vitality to your scalp, since if you neglect it, you will easily make yourself look older. Another very simple but very helpful trick is to remove the hairs that come out of the ears, since this denotes the old age of a person.
If your skin dries out too much, you can welcome wrinkles, so stay hydrated, but this goes beyond drinking water or taking a shower, you have to resort to extra help such as special soaps and night moisturizing creams with natural oil bases.
And if you want something easy and simple to help you delay aging, you have to rest properly, remember to go to bed before 11 and sleep eight hours a day, or alternatively seven, and if you have trouble falling asleep, do a little of exercise, take deep breaths or resort to the use of essential oils that help you relax such as sandalwood or lavender.
