The lack of physical activity and poor eating habits result in a large percentage of the population in Mexico suffering from obesity, in fact Mexico ranks first in the world in childhood obesity, a problem that occurs in increasingly earlier stages. as in preschool, it continues into childhood and adolescence.

Millions of people, not only in Mexico but also in the world, spend a large part of their time sitting, which causes various health problems due to  lack of exercise, which not only helps to lose weight but also reduces the risk of develop some diseases such as obesity, diabetes and hypertension.

To see benefits in our body and our health, it is recommended to exercise 3 to 5 days a week, the minimum time that should be dedicated to physical activity is at least 30 minutes a day if it is moderate exercise, that is, the one in which the heart and lungs are stimulated so that they are stronger, however, there are also other alternatives such as exercising while doing some productive activity or when you are with family.

Going by bike: Riding a bike is an easy, comfortable option and in which you don’t need money, all you have to do is grab your bike and go around the area where you live, for example, or you can go to a park or the boardwalk if you live on the coast, you can do it alone or accompanied.

Take your pets for a walk: Many families have at least one puppy as a pet, so take your faithful friend and take him to exercise outdoors, yes, do not forget to bring a bag and gloves to collect his waste, now if not you have pets you can also go skating or running, the point is to get active and not stay at home.

Dance: Dance is also a great alternative to burn fat, so if you and your family like to dance you can sign up for a Zumba class, or get organized and choose a day a week at someone’s house and rehearse at the pace you like best, and best of all, you can choose the time so that no one is missing.

Weekend Camp: Choose a date and place where all members of the family can participate, compete in activities such as jumping or races, although you can also propose jumping rope, spring or team games, start with simple exercises and increase in complexity gradually so that all your muscles work.
