Make exercise your highest priority: For many people, exercise is an option that they can do only if they have time and only if they feel like it; so, the best thing is that you establish your priorities, and within them the exercise must appear, period, there is no more to discuss.

Have flexible hours: If exercising is related to getting up every day at five in the morning and running through the inclement weather, then be a little more flexible and decide to exercise at any time of the day, but the point is that by having it established as your priority, you fulfill it.
